Why does this Ladakh trip start with two Leh nights?

Leh’s administration requires at least 48 hours of acclimatization before travelling to higher areas such as Khardung La and Pangong. Two nights can be less than 48 hours, so we check arrival times and adjust the route when needed.

Leh Ladakh Discovery is a 6-night, 7-day private route with two initial Leh nights, two Nubra nights, one Pangong night and a final Leh night. An added night or changed departure may be needed to meet the full interval. Ask a qualified clinician about your own fitness for high-altitude travel.

Is the Ladakh package a private SUV trip?

Yes. The displayed starting price uses two adults sharing one double or twin room and travelling in a private SUV. The route covers Leh, Nubra Valley and Pangong; it does not include Kashmir sightseeing.

Tell us your arrival airport, dates and party size for your own quote. Flight timing, permits, remote stays and high-pass access need to fit the same plan. The itinerary returns to Leh for the final night rather than starting the airport journey from Pangong.

What are the stays like in Nubra and Pangong?

Nubra and Pangong use locally available remote stays with facilities that differ from Leh hotels. We name the property and room and confirm bathrooms, heating and electricity arrangements before you book.

Higher-tier city hotels do not mean an identical star category at every remote stop. Choose this trip for the valley and lake setting, with realistic expectations about seasonal services. Share room and comfort priorities early so we can check suitable options for the nights you travel.

How do I get a quote and book?

Once you agree the land arrangements and terms, a ₹5,000 advance per booking starts confirmation. Share children’s ages, room preferences and any special occasion with your enquiry so the plan fits your party from the start. Flight ticketing has separate payment terms.
