What we collect
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we typically collect your name, contact details, intended travel month, number of guests and trip preferences, such as the hotel category and destinations you want to cover. We collect this directly from you. We do not ask for payment details to give you a quote, and we never ask for sensitive information we do not need.
When you submit the enquiry form, your name, phone number, optional travel details, selected package and stay tier, and the page you enquired from are sent to our website. Accepted enquiries are stored privately on our Hostinger hosting account, delivered to our business email and copied to a private Google Sheet our team works from, so we can reply and follow up. WhatsApp is an optional way to continue the conversation; it is not required to complete a form enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your information to understand what you want, prepare a quote, answer your questions, make bookings with hotels and transport suppliers on your behalf, and stay in touch about your enquiry and trip. We may send you trip-related messages such as your quote, itinerary, booking confirmations and reminders. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Payments
We accept advance and balance payments via UPI and bank transfer. We do not store your card or banking credentials on our website. Payments move through your own UPI app or your bank, and we only retain a record of the transaction, such as a UPI reference number, for accounting and booking confirmation. This website does not take payments.
How long we keep your data
We keep website enquiries, and the anonymous references created when you open WhatsApp from our website, for five years from the date we receive them; our website’s server then deletes them automatically. Copies in our business email and in our team’s Google Sheet are kept only as long as we need them to follow up and keep our records. Booking, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner (see Section 7).
Your privacy requests
You can contact us to:
- request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we are processing it;
- request the identities of the suppliers or partners with whom we have shared your data;
- request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your personal data, where we are not required to keep it for a legal or genuine business purpose;
- raise a grievance about how we handle your data; and
- nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, as applicable under law.
To make a request, write to us using the contact details in Section 11. We will respond within the timelines required under applicable law. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time, as easily as you gave it.
Children’s data
Our services are intended for adults booking travel. Where a trip includes children under 18, we process their details, such as names and ages for bookings, only with the consent of the parent or guardian making the booking. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children, and we do not do behavioural tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we treat your details with care and limit access to them within our team.
Third-party links
Our website and messages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
